Pro is sold as a prepaid pass (e.g. 3 months). [Proposed:] if you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase. After that, passes are non-refundable for the remaining period except where required by law or where the Service was unavailable for an extended time.
Pro weeks earned through referrals have no cash value and are not refundable.
Email [billing@domain] with your account email. Refunds go back to the original payment method via [Tap Payments / Razorpay] within [5–14] business days.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer-protection laws (e.g. UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020, Saudi E-Commerce Law).
